2. Booking

After receiving the power of attorney, our company made a booking with the shipping company and obtained the shipping company's allocation receipt.

3. Packing

The fleet obtains the equipment handover form and extracts containers from the yard to load at the customer's factory. Or the customer can directly deliver the goods to the designated yard or warehouse.

4. Customs declaration

The client shall provide the customs declaration materials to our company, and our company shall transfer the customs declaration materials to the customs broker for review. After the review is correct, the customs broker shall declare the export to the customs, and release the goods after passing the customs review.

5. Bill of Lading Confirmation

Prepare the bill of lading according to the power of attorney and confirm with the principal to ensure the accuracy of the bill of lading content is consistent with the principal's requirements.

6. Paid

Our company will send the expense confirmation form to the client, and after the client confirms that it is correct, they will pay the relevant fees to our company.

7. Sign a document

According to customer requirements, issue a bill of lading.

8. Return customs declaration form

After one month of export customs declaration, the customs declaration form will be returned to the customer for tax refund verification.

9. Destination Port Exchange Bill of Lading

After the goods arrive at the destination port, the shipping company notifies the consignee to exchange the bill of lading.

10. Customs declaration and pickup

After preparing complete customs declaration documents, import declaration will begin, and the goods will be picked up after customs review and release.

1. The Chinese product name displayed on the customs declaration form must be verified for consistency based on the customs commodity code, and the required customs declaration documents must be processed and provided according to regulatory conditions;
